Why book with me?  I am a LOCAL who has spent years in the Amalfi Coast Region.  I am not just traveling here for the retreat, so I have a knowledge and passion for the area that you cannot experience with other yoga holidays.  This allows me to not only offer you a beautiful week of yoga, but also a truly authentic cultural experience that you will never forget.

Amalfi Coast Yoga Retreats is owned and operated by Heidi d'Esposito.  Heidi is a certified yoga instructor trained in NYC who divides her time between The Amalfi Coast and her hometown of Saratoga Springs, New York.

 

Heidi's husband Michele, was born and raised in Sorrento, Italy and has a passion for sharing his home region with others and does so through his travel agency Bella Amalfi Travel. Heidi refers to his knowledge of the area combined with years of experience in tourism to allow her clients to see the Amalfi Coast through the eyes of a local.
